Please help me Dr Mahfooz

Sir, I am a diabetic and also suffering from Hepatitis C and spleen enlargement. You had advised me to use HR-2. I am using this medicine. My ALT level went down from 125 to 72, then 77, and last month it was 95. It is fluctuating . But I am feeling better. Please advise some treatment for depression. I remain depression most of the time.Thanking you in the earnest.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I think you must contact the same doctor who gave you 'HR2' as you have mentioned. He may be knowing your case better than any new person.His/her advice will be the best for you.

Please take Aurum Met 30, once a day in the morning, 4 pellets and write back after a week.

You should take the dose, preferably on empty stomach. Please do not drink water or take any food for 30 minutes before taking the medicine and give a gap of another 30 minutes after the medicine.

With Prayers,
Reva V

Thank you very much for your prescription against depression. I am a 58 year old male ,diabetic and also suffering from Hepatitis C. You had prescribed Aurum Met 30 to treat my depression. I am taking the medicine. This is the fifth day. My depression has rather deteriorated. I feel as if my body and nerves are being stretched. Please advise. Thanks

I am a 58 years old male, suffering from diabetes and Hepatitis C. You had very kindly prescribed Aurum Met 30 to cure my depression. I am taking this medicine for the last 5 days. I do not feel any improvement. Rather my nerves and body feel stretched and I have a sense of unpleasantness. Is this the initial reaction to the medicine. Please advise.
