lumps under skin

Dear All,

There are lumps under skin formed over hands, thighs and back. Consulted many physicians in US and India they all told
no medicine for that. But if they grow big size needs to be operated.
Request you all is there any medicine for this.

I am 36 male have following symptoms.

anxiety, nervous and social phobia
may be introvert
deeply religious and spiritual
do things in hurry
to worry about anticipated events
feels anxiety at the stomach and heart region
body trembling when excited or provoked
cannot see people at eyes
