pain under ears

i am 26 years old boy. i have problem of pain behind ears. i feel swelling like pain under ears when touched. cold water or cold drinks aggravate my problem. i catch flu very easily and my immune system is very weak too. while passing meal i feel swelling like pain under ears on back side.problem is for last 7 years.

Pl take
1. Capsicum-30 6 pills 2 times a day (every day)
2. Hekla Lava-30 6 pills at bed time every day

Pl give feedback after 15 days of the treatment

i have used capsicum 30 because hekla lava was not available. as far as my problem is concerned i am feeling improvement but not complete. pain under ears has decreased.feel more pain on left side than right side . what should i do next. thanks

well i have used both medicines as told by u. initially i found a little bit improvement but now after more than 15 days of use i have no much improvement. kindly tell me what to do next
