Nasal Congestion again....Daktersaab need help

I am suffering from nasal congestion again after 2 wks.I took Arsenicum iodide(as told by daktersaab) around 15 days back when I had sore throat and nasal congestion.
Symptoms:
1)Nasal congestion(hardly any discharge
2)no flu symptoms
3)nose and chest is clear
4)only one (my left) side is blocked
5)thirst is normal
But there was slight change in weather(feels slightly cold_temp is around 21 min and 28 max windy with a little rain)
Need help

Thank you sir...but can you help reg dosage...one dose means how many pills??

1 dose means about 8 pills taken on empty stomach with usual homeo restrictions such as:

- no food/ drinks 30 mts on either side of the dose
- no strong odors during the dose
- simple food
