Attn KADWA! Reporting after 15 days! Hair Loss as a result of grief

2 years ago, I went through an emotional trauma of losing my family.
I was in deep despair so I had to take break from work.
18 months back I noticed my hair was falling, but I ignored as I was too sad with other things.
I feel so much better emotionally after therapy etc.
I see thinning patches on my hair near forhead, back of the scalp(top area). Scalp is healthy. But on somedays I have pain in the hair follicles of the scalp of a small area, like pricked by a needle. Pain moves from one area to another. This occurs once a week
I was wondering if you could offer me advice.
At the moment I use Weleda Rose Mary Hair Lotion every night and Multi-vitamins with biotin (Organic) with organic iron supplement.
Hair fall has reduced a bit.

Thanks
Pixie

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Natrum Mur 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Hi Kadwa,

Update.
I was taking Bach Flower Remedies before I took Nat Mur 200 for a few months now. When I took the three doses of Nat Mur 200, I stopped taking them so that it doesn't interfere with Nat Mur. After a few days of taking Nat Mur I was losing 200-300 hair strands a day. So I started taking Bach Flower essences once again.

Result: I lose 30- 80 strands of hair a day which is considerably less when compared to what I was losing before.
I keep taking flower essences with organic vitamins.
I also added bamboo silica.

Let me know your thoughts;

Natrum Mur has done it's work. Now you can manage it with Bach Flower remedies and other supplements.

You may take a single dose of Natrum Mur 200 in future if there is a considerable relapse in your hair fall.

Thank You Kadwa.

I was wondering if you could refer a remedy for depression.
I had it a few years back and I am afraid it is back; I was advised by the doctor that it is not clinical depression rather because of the circumstances that I was in.
Symptoms:
--Feeling tired/Exhausted, not able to make best use of the day
--really slow in performing a task, mind is not going with the body
--Wanting to cry
--Feeling Overwhelmed
--Feeling like I am losing everything
--Wanting to keep aloof from everyone
Symptoms aggravate during full moon. This is affecting my work.
Hope you see this.
Thanks in advance for the kindness

Did you notice any changes in your symptoms listed above after taking Natrum Mur. Natrum Mur is well indicated for such conditions.

Hi Kadwa,
Thanks for taking time to read my query. Yes I did feel better after taking Nat Mur 200 for a few days. then during FullMoon on 29th September I felt so overwhelmed. It goes to extreme during Full Moon.

Please take a single dose of Ignatia 200 if you feel too worse. Natrum Mur 200 may be taken once a month if Ignatia doesn't help.

Hi Kadwa,
Thanks for attending to my query.
I live in UK. I forgot to mention that my GP gave me a prescription for anti-depressants, which I didn't buy.
So I was wondering if I could take Ignatia 200 or Nat Mur 200 once a week or something? Would it be too much?
I just want to get out of this broken feeling!!
Thanks

Natrum Mur 200 once a month on need.

Ignatia 200 on need. You should not need it more than twice a week.
