Curious symptoms Aggravated? by Natrum Muriaticum

3 weeks ago I took Natrum Muriaticum at 1M. I was hoping for some shift / change / relief on a mental level.

This is what happened.
After taking the 1M Nat Mur
I experienced; severely dry eyes, dry mouth, muscles pulling/tearing severe, tension in neck/head, increase in fatigue to severe, arthritic type symptoms.

All these symptoms were present in my past illness.

After 2+ weeks of this I finally took strong mint and coffee with the hope of stopping the remedy/symptoms with some relief, but not complete.

My past...
I had environmental illness in my 20's and was chronically ill for 6 years due to CMV (cytomegalovirus), accompanied with fatigue, weight loss, muscles pulling/tearing, chemical sensitivities, food allergies severe, low basal temperature, low thyroid, cold hands / feet, digestive problems, severe constipation.

I am presently taking supplements, no medications except thyroid meds, T3 daily for low thyroid. Before thyroid med started; anxious, insomnia, dry eyes, lump in throat, neuropathy worse, and mind ruminating severe, mild adhd type symptoms.

I am tall, slender with slender chest/not concave.

Presently.....
I still have more muscle problems (pulling/tearing sensations) then before taking the remedy and some stiffness in joints / connective tissue, dry eyes slight, dry mouth slight, neuropathy (unchanged with remedy - improved from thyroid medication - pain in wrists and calves, tingling, raw feeling in nerves).
Prefer warm to cold, warm liquids. Always preferred sweets, carbs to anything else. No other real cravings. Sensitive to wheat/dairy mild. Feel better later in the day. Never feel well in early morning hours if wake up/more anxious. More problems on right side. Mind; ruminating mild, adhd type symptoms mild.
Aggravated by cold, stress, lack of sleep. Improved with movement, relaxation, being around supportive friends, people, warmth.
