How old are you? are you getting exercise daily?

I think unless you have some other health issue Drs.
will first say- it is arithmetic.

Less calories going in due to more calories spent in moving
about equals weight loss.( you can put on a pound a week
from fast food and not moving enough)48 pounds in a year.
the body needs a 'regular routine', (so you can't go for the fast
food, and then decide to jog for an hour to try to fix that)

Cold fizzy drinks not good for you - switch to water.
Fast food, How many calories are in what you eat, even if
only once a week? Some of the fast food in USA has enough
calories and salt in one meal to be two days worth of
normal calories.

the first approach is daily exercise and find out how many
calories you are really getting a day? And when you change
diet make sure that you look up protein needs of your
sex and age and that you get right amount every day bc
other wise you will suffer malnutrition.
Feed your body , good fresh food and
a variety of foods everyday.

Hi-

First you must understand that homeopathy is 'medicine'

You take medicine when you are 'sick'- If you are not ill, then
homeopathic medicine is going to have no job to do???
So it will make you feel sick.

The body works how it works. No way around that. You could say
I don't have time to eat, or drink or go to the bathroom or sleep.
You know you won't feel too good if you do that. Same with exercise
-the body is meant to move.

They are showing studies here in USA, that sitting on the couch watching
tv for more than 2 hours a day is a factor in heart disease.

You have to meet basic body requirements, so change your diet,
and start small , like take a walk at lunch, or take a walk after dinner,
I am sure you can find 20 minutes at some point in your day.

There is no way around this, you have to eat right and you have to move-
for at least 45 minutes a day. Start small and work this into your
schedule. If you get this set up and then nothing happens? Then
that can be worked on with a remedy bc something is WRONG.
You have a healthy body and it requires certain things to run well -
you cannot skip the basics.
