weight reduction continoulsluy

my brother wife was operated 4 years back thyriod operation.
after bi-opsey the report shwos clear.
now the problem that occurs that her weight is not getting as it was before and she is continoulsy loosing weight,now she is geting pain in her upper arm.
she is the mother of 3 child, and age is about 26years, and she is empotionlay very much depressed.
kindly let me know the medicine.
