Stomach cramps in 36 year old male

36 year old male had stomach cramps and diarrhea after eating meat pizza. He took nux vomica 1 dose before sleep. He had high fever and he took belladonna 2 doses one in night and one in morning. Fever went. Diarrhea continued for a few days and he hardly ate. Ten days later he ate lots of meat again and had stomach cramps in the night plus diarrhea and this continued two- three days. He took nux vomica again night one dose then mornIng one dose. He decided he has acid indigestion and took some regular tablets for this from pharmacy after food. I tried to persuade him not to to let homeopathy work.he has agreed. This was today. I now need some advice. Do we stop with everything?or try something else? He feels sensitive and has no cramps since dinner but took the tablets after lunch. Your kind advice would be appreciated.

Hello and thank you.

Please can you clarify:

Mag phos 12 - is that 12 days? Is it 30 c?

Collocynth - how many days? What does leave 30-40 mean? Minutes?

I don't have collocynth and I live in the middle east and so can't get it quickly... Is there anything else I can give instead? I have family first aid kit. If not I will try to get it.

Thank you
