Lycopodium Clavatum
HiI took the self test for Social Phobia. My result was Lycopodium Clavatum. I've dealt with this for years. I was wondering what potency and how often I should take it. Any suggestions?

If you have zeroed in on Lycopodium Clavatum, then Lyco-200c, one drop liquid on tongue, last thing at night sleep time. For 7 days only. Wait for about 6 weeks. Review your case history. Increase potency to Lyco-1M, if symptoms alternatively relapses.
Lyco. normally does not work alone. You may have to study your symptoms, more deeply.
Compliment it with Kali.Phos-12X, 4 tablets 4 times for atleast two months.

ASPEN - Vague fears of unknown origin Apprehension
ROCK ROSE - Terror, Panic, Extreme fright
IMPATIENS - Irritabiity, Impatience, Quick temper, Mental Tension
CHERRY PLUM - Fear of losing control of mind.
LARCH - Lack of self-confidence
WHITE CHESTNUT - Persistent unwanted thoughts, mental arguments.
RED CHESTNUT - Apprehensions, anxiety for others
