Cardiac

I m 58 yr female. Now a days i no any symptoms but once i was going third floor that time mild breathless so i done 2d echo and shows NORMAL LV SIZE. Normal lv systolic function . Severe aortic stenosis. No RWMA. LvEF 60%. Gradient 130/70. NO MR AND TR. So ple suggest which homoeopathy medicine takes for cardiac this condition.
