Paraplegia

Hello sri. My new case a 60 yrs female. K/c/o; HT ON REGULAR TREATMENT. she had developed GBS before 2 yrs. And allopathy medicine to recover. ( duringe disease taken steroid and IV IGG IGM ) and during treatment diagnosed steroid induced DM. and started. Anti dm medicine and after sometimes steroid stop and pt go hypoglycemic coma and recover after patient complimig BACKACHE and mri spine done and shows dorshal 5 to 8 tuberculr lesion notice and started AKT AND TAKEN OVER 1 YRS. after she had operated kochs spine dorshal 5 to 8. And noticie paraplegia below unbelical have no sensation with bladder and bowel involvement. Last 1 yrs. To till now a days. Full diagnosis; HT WITH DM WITH OLD GBS WITH CUSHING'S SYNDROME ( STEROID INDUCED) WITH OPERATED KOCHS SPINE D5 TO D8 AND PARAPLEGIA WITH BOWEL AND BLADDER INVOLVEMENT. Thermal HOT. So which medicine suggest for this case.
