Diff btwn Homeopathic Mother Tincture and Ayurvedic Tincture

Hello!
Can any one guide me about a doubt regarding Mother Tinctures.
1. Does the effect of Ayurvedic Tincture is different from the effect of Homeopathic Mother tincture?

2. Considering the effect of homeopathic same as of ayurvedic, can an ayurvedic based homeo mother tincture be taken with other homeopathic madicines. for eg: Ashwagandha q with Arnica 30? or Avena Sativa with Arnica 30. or Rauvolfia Serpentina with Arnica 30?

please help. Two different pharmacists told contradictory explanation which has increased the confusion.
