Erosive Gastritis

Hi would really love some advice.

I did a liver cleanse a year ago, vomiting quite a bit and ended up with moderate erosive gastritis as confirmed by a endoscopy (non h pylori). Been on various ppis which work for a couple of months and then I have to change them.

After about 6 months I seemed to get better, weaned myself off the ppis and then all the symptoms came back. I had another endoscopy and this time and now have minimal antral gastritis. I'm still waiting for a follow up with the specialist. Over the year I have been trying various homeopathic remedies and I have good days and bad. I've tried eating a bland diet which does help, I avoid alcohol, spicy foods etc.

I've seen some mention of Nat phos 6x and arnica 30c which I would like to try. Does the Nat phos have to be 6x? Also does the arnica have to be liquid or can I take tablets.

Any advice would be very much appreciated.
