Dr. Kadwa please advice( Ulcerative Colitis)

I am 29 yrs old female suffering from ulcerative colitis from the last 12 years.My problem is that-

1)My stools are loose and sticky , they are never formed.

2)I pass blood and mucus along with the stool daily.
Also the stool is involuntary
I have to rush to the toilet when I get pressure I cannot wait.

3) If I have to strain myself during stool the quantity of blood in the stool increases.

3)Sometimes after stool I get pain and disturbance in the rectum and have undone feeling also sometimes I feel the anus is open.

4) I go for stool 2-3 times a day.

5)Most of the time I get acidity , feel burning sensation in my stomach and chest.

6)Most of the time I suffer from gas , which is continuously formed more in the late evening and night.The gas has a bad odour.

7)Also when my periods are about to start my stomach gets upset on it own, acidity and gas increase and stomach takes time to settle even after periods are over.

8)I cannot have spicy, oily or heavy food.I take light home cooked food form the past 10 yrs.

9) Most of the time I feel tired , even if I do little work I get tired and exhausted.

10)I usually feel cold and like warm applications.

Please advice.
