Pelvic floor muscles tightness

Respected doctor,

My name is Ravi and my age is 23 years old and I used to lift very heavy weights when I was a teenager.Since then I had tightness feeling near the bladder area and the urologist gave me some medicines and with no relief I had bladder neck surgery and still having the same problem.Although I still have a problem in difficult urinary stream(applying abdominal pressure) and going again and again.The worst part is that i have constantt feeling of tightness near bladder neck area,there is no pain but I really feel so much discomfor that I am not able to do anything.The other day I was reading about the pelvic floor muscle tightness can cause discomfort and urinary disorders.Please prescribe me medicines.

I am currently taking arnica 30c,hepar sulphuris 30c and clematis 30c ,cantharis 30c alternately after 15 days since 6 months and they provide relief to my symptoms but not permanent relief.Please help me
