Dear friend,it is so hard with a new baby and not feeling well. You can place a hot flannel on the sore spot and then massage gently with finger tips. When my baby was small and the breast became engorged I took one dose of silica C30 and the breast completely emptied at the next feed. If the baby is no longer breast feeding it will ease after a few days unless it is infected and you need treatment for mastitis. Find a local LaLeche League group who will support you with breast feeding. Good luck.
