Please help to avoid recurrence of ischiorectal abcess or formation of fistula.

Hello everyone I am new to this site and homeopathy in general.
I was diagnosed with ischiorectal abscess
on 20/08/12 & the same was incision and drained surgically on 23/08/12. After that the wound was treated with antibiotics and sitz baths with betadine solution for one month. It left the wound nearly closed with a dot sized red spot on the wound without any pus discharge.
Now I am afraid of recurrence of the abcess or formation of fistula.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
'Arsenicum Alb 30c thrice before meal
Calcarea Sulphurica 3x thrice'
Who prescribed the above?
