Mother is too fat. kindly do something
Respected Sir (DR.),My mother is 25th feb 1948 born having height 4 feet 11 inches.
She worked very hard (physically) in her younger age . She got retired in 2006 . In the age of 40 her weight started increasing. and now she is of 83.8 kg.
her habbits are as below
eatting she had bad
eatting habbits
eatting at irregular
intervels
sleeping she can sleep in a
seconds and most of
the times she sleeps
well in night
problems high blood pressure
these days between
85 to 98(lower)and
135 to 150 (higher)
and blood sugar
remains in between
140 to 210. pain in
her kneens presists.
easliy gets disheartened which raises her blood pressure .
Operations at the age of 35
she thrice had an
operation of her throat for tonsils and a small cyst.
She is regularly having allopathic med. zoryl m2 forte for sugar and metolar am 50 for BP. when ever she listen any bad news Immediately she needs to go for latrine.
Kindly suggest her med. and precautions so that she can reduce her weight
