racing heart... looking for homeopathic or natural relief

My heart is racing and it started from nowhere... Have had that before about a year ago.

I do nor have panic attacks or anything like that. Well there r lil things in my life I'm not too content with but nothing big. My my mon suffers from cardiac arrhythmia tho.

I am looking for sth natural to slow my heart back down. Anyone who has a suggestion? Thanks in advance.

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
racing heart, fatigue, dizziness


2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
thyroid issues (too small) - but on medication


3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
it annoys me, stresses me out and is kinda scary at times

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
racing heart, hot and cold changes, sometimes hedache, fatigue


5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
2 days ago... can't really relate it to anything... unless my thyroid meds r out of balance


6. Which time of the day you are worst?
better in the morning.... the starts getting worse around noon

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
can't really be influenced.... sleep and rest seems to help tho, even tho i still feel it very strong when i lay down, but it s way better in the morning


8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
had some stress in the past weeks, but actually felt pretty calm when it started...


9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
hot... humidity doesn't matter


10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
moody, cry a lot, often restless, very sensitive, more of a loner (people are exhausting or at least can be), can hold the grudge, emotional,

- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm?
no significant change

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
sometimes, but only by my husband

- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
yea... dont like noises and some smells

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
nail biting, causeless weeping, eating when frustrated

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
i love my husband more than anything...

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
no particular fears or dreams....sometimes i dream of being left alone by the ones i love the most, but not really often...


12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?
sweets are cravings...
i do not eat meat, eggs (allergy) and i don't like dairy products


13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
less (but it has always been like this)

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
excessive at the moment

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
eggs

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
normal

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
tend to be constipated, but not right now

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
sleep pretty good, mostly on belly

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
yes

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
i am distanced, not very outgoing or social, kind of a rebel, very close to nature and animals

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
nothing ever taken to treat this

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
heart diseases, thyroid problems

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
rather tall, normal shape, long hair, belly (the area where i gain weight the fastest)

24. (ONLY FOR FEMALES)

Please answer the following questions:
(Please give details of your past menstruation if you have attained menopause.)
- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?
i am on the pill so they are right on time and last 4 - 5 days
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods?
during: stomach cramps, fatigue, legs hurt
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive?
normal
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery?bright red
- Do you notice any clots in the flow?
rarely

Please take three doses of Lycopodium 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
