The Ultimate Cure for Obesity on:

This is a post I made on the ABC way back in 2004 on December 25, the day before the Tsunami hit Sri Lanka, a day which will forever will remain in my mind for as long as I live as I was involved in the Homeopathic after care of the many thousands of survivors immediately after the Tsunami when I was joined by members of Homeopaths Without Borders who sent 6 pairs of erstwhile Homeopaths to help me in my efforts to help them.

Basically your therapy will comprise the use of
Nat Phos 6x dose 3 tablets taken thrice daily after meals
Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken twice daily before meals.

Weigh yourself today before you commence on my therapy and report your weight loss weekly when the standard loss which you can expect and has been reported is around 1kg per week.

You will also do a regular stint of at least 45 minutes of exercise which will be done by you at intensive levels, irrespective of the general feeling of tiredness that you may experience, if you wish to benefit from my Joepathy.

You will also control your diet and avoid fatty fools completely and eat in moderation to ensure that your stomach is filled to comfortable levels.

Report your weight loss weekly when you can expect a drop of at least 1kg per WEEK.

Dear MR Joe De Livera,
Really appreciate your reply to my problem. Just wanted a few clarifications before i start the recommended dosage:
1. As i understand, this dose of Nat Phos 6x will be helpful for weight loss. will this also work for reducing my Lipoma?
2. As is obvious from your reply and referred post, i ll have to stop ALL medications.. so NO to Baryta Carb and Phytolacca. But can i have have cod liver oil capsules with this?
3. will this in any way help in anxiety?
4. I have three to four cups of TEA!! That is also not allowed, right?
5. will Nat Phos 6x by INDIAN company like SBL work or should i ideally try german remedies etc?
6. Could you also explain Arnica 30c wET dose?? im sorry, i read it in the referred post but couldnt understand much... im supposed to add arnica 30c in etahnol?? :-(

Thanks a lot for your detailed reply.
Really appreciate it.
regards

I do not have much time to answer your questions as I am not into Homeopathy as a profession as it is only a Hobby to me.

However I shall do so for this once.

No
2. As is obvious from your reply and referred post, i ll have to stop ALL medications.. so NO to Baryta Carb and Phytolacca. But can i have have cod liver oil capsules with this?
Yes you will stop ALL
3. will this in any way help in anxiety?

4. I have three to four cups of TEA!! That is also not allowed, right?
Tea is OK
5. will Nat Phos 6x by INDIAN company like SBL work or should i ideally try german remedies etc?
SBL is OK
6. Could you also explain Arnica 30c wET dose?? im sorry, i read it in the referred post but couldnt understand much... im supposed to add arnica 30c in etahnol?? :-(

The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:

Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.

Dear Joe De Livera

Really appreciate you taking out time and replying to my queries.
I live in india and can really appreciate homeopathic treatment and practices. And from my experiences a certificate does NOT necessarily make a great homeopathic doctor, practice, understanding and experience does.
And for hatever i can gather from this forum, you are a giver and a thorough practitioner.
Thank you for your time and patience.
Really appreciate it.
