unknown diasnosis patient s follow up
hello sir unknown diasnosis patient s history discussed with u and ur suggest AUR MET 30 ONE DOSE. so i given and follow up is mouth ulcer and pain is as it is. but slight lower limb swelling is descered. other complain as it is so ple suggest either continue AUR MET 30 REPET DOSSE or OTHER MEDICINE.THANKS
