h pylori treatment

I am infected with H. Pylori last year now my gastric trouble is very extreme. My hemoglobin is 17 even then I am not taking any iron diet like fruit, vegetables, milk products, lentils onion and tomoto only I takes alu and tori in the summer and carrot and alu in winter despite that my hemoglobin is still high. whether high hemoglobin is the reasons for gastric trouble. My LFT/KFT is normal RBC is 5.91. I have already taken so much of homeopathic medicine like sulfur, nux vomica, natrum sulf 6X, natrum phos 6X, antimoniun crudum, carbo ani, lycopodium, bryonia but all are in only 30 potencies kindly advise me I am in very problem due to indigestion
