I am going through heartbreak :(

I have broke up with my bf few days back and i am suffering emotionally because of it.
I am feeling pain in my chest some time in my stomach.
Stress is too high

Any remedy to feel better?

I am trying to eat better although its difficult.I am going for morning walk early morning for 1 hour also doing deep breathing for few mins after that.It has helped but i need something more to recover fast since this is affecting my job and day to day life.

About my background- I am emotional person.I tend to angry quickly but cook down after few minutes.I tend not to hold any grudges against anyone.I tend to hide my pain from people though.I prefer not to speak when i am angry or in pain.
There are hardly 1-2 people i open up to.Infront of others i pretend to be normal.

Because of emotional pain i am drinking tea a lot.It makes me feel lil better for sometime.I know its not good and i am trying to break it.

I dont have any type of cravings for salty or sour food.I am eat balance food and my daily intake include normal indian vegtarian diet. roti daal,sabji ,rice,milk.I rarely eat junk food.

Rarely i have craving for the slate pencil,chalk.But its very rare and i dont eat though i have those cravings.

Please suggest some remedy to ease emotional pain i am feeling.Thanks in advance.

Dear Indian girl,
Pl. take 6 pills (One dose) of Ignatia 200
for 3 doses morning,Night,morning.dont touch the pills take them in to the cap of the bottle and put in mouth directly.Dont take coffee in any form,raw garlic and any thing that has strong or pungent smell.
report after 2 days.
