Severe hair fall. Please help :'(

Hi there,

I am 21, female, weighing 52 kgs, height 5'4; living in India. I have suffered from hair loss past 2,3 years but it has gone worse now. My hair come out in clumps.

I have oily hair and scalp. I am forced to wash my hair every day because of dandruff and severe itchiness. If I skip head wash one day, hair fall doubles.

Past two years , I have used straightener because my hair curl real bad and it's embarrassing to go out like that.
So finally, last month I got rebonding done. Better to ruin my hair one day than to ruin them every day.
I used hair color too after that.

The basic problem is itchiness which has increased. If I scratch my head, my hair fall more.
I use a shampoo for oily hair and only apply conditioner at the ends of hair.

I live in hostel, so the food is not proper. But I try to incorporate juices, fish oil, nuts in my diet. My routine is really bad. I can't sleep before 3 am and feel sleepy and lethargic whole day. I drink a lot of coffee and green tea.

I suffer from hormonal imbalance too due to which I have acne and oily skin. My periods are irregular at times and painful too.

I had to get tests for haemoglobin, uric acid and thyroid done which came out normal, if that helps.
I suffer from cervical pain also. My right hand is weak and so I have to take muscle relaxants and nerve related medicines.

Please help me out. So much hair fall is driving me crazy.
