Foreskin problem

Sir,
I am Male,52 yrs,5-4' wt.65kg.
For last about 6 months,I am suffering from A peculiar phenomenon
I cant pull back my foreskin it
cracks if I do so ,this started in hot summer of may12
I am clean character and have no any other sexual relations (other than marriage). Some yellowish white powder like material is also generally seen at the contact peripheri of foreskin and prepuce,occasional Vulptious itching,my fore skin's end portion has darkened (probably due to lack of blood supply)The fore skin seems to have lost /highly reduced in elasticity can h'ble doctors could tell me what can be this called

sir I forgot to mention that my joints make cracking sounds,especially right side,and there is pain in Right knee behind the knee cap while walking and the muscle back of the right knee feels stiff while walking.
