Urgent! Infant Wilm's Tumor

Hello all. I am new to this forum, but have been just getting seriously into homeopathic research when my 4 month old was diagnosed with a tumor that is 12 to 13cm in his kidney this past Tuesday. He has to have surgery this coming Tuesday and I am looking for remedies for pain relief for infants as well as additional remedies for tumors, because we are declining chemotherapy. Things that I have done are as follows: applying On Guard to boost his immunity before surgery; frankincense to help with inflammation before and after surgery; DDR from doTerra for cell regeneration; and he is also EBF. I had already removed ALL chemicals from my home and from our food. No processed meals, all natural cleaners (vinegar, coconut oil, etc. Please let me know ANY research you may have come across! I also had recently heard of a study done with Thuja for healing of Wilm's Tumors. Anything that you could advise would be greatly appreciated! TIA

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Dear Malima,
What is your location, actually the tumor cud be disolved by remedies only but it seems you are lill late to reach here, but still you can take a decision and suspend it for the time being if your son is not in acute condition. Why ? is surgery the must..?Why you said yes for surgery?
