Is there a remedy that could address mental confusion relating to opposites?

I have a problem in many different sorts of situations with problems relating to opposites, or where there is a choice between one of two things.

I know there are skilled homeopathic doctors who hang out in these forums. Does the nature of such symptoms bring ideas to mind?
