any body Please help me Multiple problems :
hisex: male
age: 22
Occupation: Student
Present complaints:
*seborrhiec Dermatitis from 1 year, worse in winter season
- whitish yellow scales on scalp, there is urge to scratch there scales
-scales on right side of Nose near its opening
-very little scales on chest while chest hairs are painful
* Trichotillomania from 6 years
- there is irresistible urge to pull hairs from my scalp
- Desire to eat the my own pulled hairs especially its white bulb part
-pulling of hairs is aggravated in exams or while i am in some emotional stress.
* Masturbation from 8 years:
- excessive masturbation, even 3-4 times a day from 7 month.
- cannot resist the urge to masturbate
*Emission during urination or deification
-Bad erotic ideas
PLEASE HELP ME....

Solitary last decade
Please take three doses of Sarsaparilla 200 as follows and see how that affects in next 15 days (only 3 doses in 15 days).
day 1 morning
1st dose
day 1 evening
2nd dose
day 2 morning
3rd dose
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 2 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

its my 10th day after using ur prescription ... there is improvement in my seborrhiac dermatitis .
--hair pulling is decreased
--less masturbation impulses
but some now symptoms are added.. which are..
-- excessive sweating in my hands and hands are always warm to touch
-- there is increased thirst
--gas in my abdomen .. mostly at night time .. i have to pass gas again and again.. today even in day time i experienced it
please let me know what to do now..

10 more days gone.... after taking my medicine....there is improvement in my seborrhiac dermatitis . but there is litle whitish scar behind my right ear.
--hair pulling is decreased.. but still i experience the impulses of hair pulling
--less masturbation impulses
but now symptoms are added.. which are..
-- excessive sweating in my hands and hands are always warm to touch but this is decreases then i posted it in previous post
-- there is increased thirst.. especially at night time, my tongue use to get very dry and i have to take sips of water at night .
--gas in my abdomen .. mostly at night time .. i have to pass gas again and again..are little improved then my last post.
--my sleep is disturbed whn i use to awake up in the morning i feel that i did not slept .. and still i want to sleep agian..
please let me knw what to do now??

another 15 days elapsed after taking sepia 200 ... my symptoms of my last post are better but now i m having
-- seborrhiac dermatitis is again getting worse ... there are scaly eruptions on my scalp,at the edges of nose,and behind ears.. but more pronounced on my scalp there are of white colour scales ... its winter here and its aggravated ... previously you prescribed Sarsaparilla 200 after using that my seborriac dermatitis was better .. now its again worsening but not much severe that it was before taking sarsaparilla i think 1 month back on ur advice ..
please give me advice again that what is to do...

There is no need to take any remedy for the time being. If you notice a significant relapse in your seborrhiac dermatitis you should take a single dose of Sarsaparilla 200 and see how that affects in 15 days.
