baby reflux

hi, my baby girl is 3 months old. she was diagnosed by a traditional doctor with reflux. this started when she was almost 2 months.
she is only breastfeeding by demand
she is producing now a thick saliva
it is dificult for her to sleep during the day
wants to be all the time in my arms and not in a sleeping baby position.
she cries when i put her down
she has gases after eating some of them dry and hard noise... some of them sound wet.... and some of them with spiting. she is crying lately with most of them...
vomit hapens not often.... more or less once or twice a week
arpund half an our after eating i can hear the reflux coming up..... normaly without spiting
while eating she gets her nose very congested by mucos i guess....
her poop has a gelly texture
at night... after some time of falling sleep i can hear the reflux and she moves as unconfortable...
she snores at night
she is sleeping in an inclined matress
she wakes up once or twice at night
the doctor told me to give her food only every tree hours but its being difficult as when she is having a nap... i hear the reflux and she wakes up suckin her hand and looks for the bub.
she was moving her bowels every day....once or twice but this last days its not regular... now it has been two days without.

i wantbto ask if i can give her something to help her as it seems painful and restless..... also if its beter to give her food every trees hours or litle by litle... and how does my diet afect her......
