common cold with lots of sneezing n sweating

Dear doctors,

my daughter 4 yr old caught cold y'day. She is breathing with whistling sound from nose at sleep, thirsty noticeably, nose blocked as well as runny, sometimes slim and in mornings thick n yellowish. sweats on forehead and neck lots. sneezes to release phelgm. what shall I give her? pl suggest. Thanks.
