Medial meniscus degeneration

Hi ,

I had an MRI done last week where the report suggests that there are degeneration of the medial meniscus. Initially I was in pain but the pain has become considerably better in the past months.

I asked the doctor if I could take any supplements to strengthen the meniscus and maybe reverse (some if not all) degenerative changes but he advised against supplements like MSM, Glocousamine and Chondroitin sulfate etc as all studies around these have been inconclusive.

I was wondering if you could suggest something from a homoeopathic perspective that I could take either on the long term or short to strengthen the meniscal cartilage over the long run please? I would truly appreciate it.
