possible tooth abscess?
I have been grinding my teeth (in sleep) and possibly cracked one that had had a root canal and crown (done more than 15 yrs ago). I had terrible pain 5 days ago, it has subsided considerably since then but is still tender when i chew or tap it. dentist said it may be bruised and inflamed and to keep an eye on it. I have taken arnica 200c once or twice since then and a few doses of hepar sulph and one of belladonna when it was very painful... just self medicating out of desperation. any ideas on what to take/not take at this point?afc33 on 2012-11-15
