I disussed my problem in this problem and Dr Kadwa helped me by giving one remedy , but again the problem is increasing and Dr Kadwa has not responded again, so I had cme to you for your help

Headache problem
I have undergone surgery in my right nostril due to curved bone condition in my right nostril and doctor beleived that it was causing sinus which is resposible for my headache and after undergoing this surgery the headache condition reamins the same. Now my left nostril is somewhat blocked and as per ENT , my cough is continously coming to my throat . Somtimes I have to clear my throat continuosly even for half an hour as I feel cough is coming again and again in my throat. After too much talking , too much laughing or walking through dirty enviornment , I feel cough is coming again and again in my throat and I have to clear my throat again and again and this condition remains for 30-40 minutes and sometiimes 5-10 minutes also but on the average for the whole day i have to clear my throat frequently and even sometimes during talking also.
1- Headache normally starts in the morning .When i wake up from sleep in the morning , i found headache either in the left side or right side and it increases as day progresses and in the evening it shifts to opposite side ( say if it has started in the left side of head it will go to right side of head) and headache subsides in the next morning after one night sleep and sometimes it continues upto next day . The headache normally comes 2-3 times in a week.
2- In extreme headache my whole body starts sweating , speciallly my head and sometimes i feel to vomit also , but normally vomiting does not occur . Sometimes after experiencing heavy headache my body temperature drops and whole body becomes very cool due to very heavy pain and normally i do not allow to approach such condition as i take Naprosyn 500 mg, if i feel that such condion will come.
3-In the pain condition pain comes in a sinusoidal motion and I feel that something is coming out of my brain in one instant and in the second instant pain stops. Even sometimes I start crying due to pain.
4- Even if I remains in sunlight for much longertime or in a noisy place ( market , theatre etc) , the headache starts either from left or from right and same story starts as in point no-1. After watching movie in daytime at home headache starts , but if i watch movie in the night hours at home I reamin comfortable. I feel my head heavy wfter doing work on computer . I have got my eye sight tested and eyes are ok . During driving scooter in day time , specially in sunny day , headache starts after hour journey either from left or from right and i feel strain in my eyes. But if drive scooter in night hours I feel ok. My boodpressure is ok.
5-In travelling scenario also , especially by bus , especially in the day time the headache starts and if I am normal in the whole day , in night travelling I am comfortable. If my night is restless or I could not take 7-8 hour sleep , in the morning headache starts.
6-During Headche I dont like lights , I want dark room and pindrop silence and I lay with my eyes in closed condtion and try to remain in non-anxiety state and just concentrates on my head and try to relax as much as possible. Sometimes I dont like fan also.
7- In the morning hours I can distinguish whether the pain will increase or decrease. If i find that pain will increase i take Naprosyn-250 normally and sometimes the second tablet is also required in the afternoon session also.
8- I have been admitted 4 times in hospital also in my worst headcahe condition and painkiller injections were given to me at that times.
9- My stomach is also very sensitive and i avoid eating market items . In the morning hours i have to go to toilet 2-3 times and one time in the evening and also one time before going to bed. The stool is semsolid ( not like liquid nor very solid , u can say semisolid type).
10- I am feeling that i am becoming short tampered and even irritated with small things or small faults even with my family.
11- I am working in BSNL as Subdivisional Engineer and in the office I am doing my work normally and try to clear all my work as quickly as possible and even sometimes i feel panicky also.
12- If any unfavourable things either in home or in office occurs , I normally thinks in negative that this is going to affect me like this or that and i will going to suffer this and that in near future .
13- I am 5 feet 3 inch and weighs 55 Kg.
If somebody can kindly help me regarding homeophathy treatment , I shall be highly greatful to him.

Please take three doses of Natrum Mur 200 as follows and report back after 15 days.

day 1 morning
1st dose

day 1 evening
2nd dose

day 2 morning
3rd dose

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

I had taken medicine as per your instruction .I am feeling fine and during this period i had taken 1 time Naprosyn-250 mg due to headache. I feel my cough is continously coming to my throat and also when i go to bed at night i have to clear my throat continously 15-30 min. Pl guide

Please don't repeat the remedy if there is significant improvement. You may repeat the remedy on significant relapse and report back after 15 days.

R Dr Kadwa jee,

I am feeling as if headache is aain occuring very often now with descriptions as already given above)and my throat is getting choked and this throat choking is occuring frequently and at bed times this condition remains for 30-40 min and this causes disturbaces to others as I have to clear my throat with sound so that cough may be cleared . Kindly help
