Thyroid Problem

Dear All
I am a pakistani national. After my first child birth, i had a problem of thyroid. A very small thyroid. But the main problems to me are;
high heart beat
Anger
constipation
no interest in any thing
back pain
muscular pain
sweating
shaking hands
Suggest a suitable homeo medicine for my problem please..

take thyroidinum 1M 2 doses at an interval of a week.... means for 15 days..
i dose means 4 pills on tongue empty stomach... report after a week..

I used the above medicines as u prescribed but no change.
