Doctor, please help...

I have some other health probs like asthma and allergies( I am taking medicines for these). I like spicy food stuff, like listening music and be with friends. well u plz take Lycopodium 30 single dose every month for 3 months....
single dose means 4 pills empty stomach in the morning.. avoid tea n coffee before and after an hour of taking it...

do you mean once a month for 3 months- so 3 doses?
Or do you mean everyday- one dose a day for 3 months?

Thanks doc. :) , but I would like to know whether Lycopodium 30 available in pill/tablet form or liquid form. If pill is unavailable should i take liquid ? If so then plz recommend its dosage as well. And i read somewhere that conium q with olive oil massage is benefital ,is it true?

yeahh u have to take a single dose every month... if its available in liquid, do buy it.. nd take 4 drops directly on tongue... u can massage with only olive oil morning and night at least for 10 minutes, dat will increase the circulation....

i bought Lycopodium 30 , its liquid form. Will start tomorrow.... Also bought conium q , don't know should I use it by mixing with olive oil. OR only use olive oil for massage....
