I having impotence problem for the past 6 years. I am 32 years old with 2 childrens. I am a very fearful person. Whenever a task is given to me I get nervous that I may not be able to do this job or would face some problem, but becomes happy when the task is completed. I even afraid to meet new people thinking that they would abuse me or scold me or make fun of me or would not give me positive feedback. My mind is full of negative thoughts, death (what would happen to my family if I am dead or sometimes if I or someone in my family is ill, I gets tensed that there may be some major illness even if it is a minor fever, even if I travel by scooter, bus, train or by air, I fear that I or any of my family member who is traveling may met with an accident or may die). I tend to forget easily. I like salty things, fast food items etc. I don't like vegetables.

I do have a history of masturbation for the past 18 years. I do it every day atleast 3 times which makes me fully exhausted, and my heart palpitates very much after completion of masturbation. This really interferes my life and I really want to get rid of this. Infact my impotence occured during masturbation. One night I was masturbating and suddenly I felt something is buging inside my stomach and my ears began to ringing and then I realized that no more erections are left. I have taken viagra, so many ayurvedic syrups, tablets and even a lot of homeopathic medicines like argentum nitricum, argentum metallicum, lycopodium, sulphur, selenium, damiana, caladium, nuphar, calc. phos, cobaltum metallicum, yohimbinum, bc-27, agnus castus, acid phos, titanium, platinum, kali phos, arnica, conium, cantharis, staphysagris, num vomimca etc. in many combinations, but this gives only temporary relief. I want a fast and permanent method for curing this problem. Earlier, whenever I used to think of sex or any girl, my erections used to start but now even if I am reading an erotic story or an adult movie, there is not much erections or if there is any, it lasts for a few minutes. My wife is very co-operative.

Besides the above problem I have hiatus hernia also and I get this gastric troubles frequently. Belching, flatulance etc. I take RAZO-D capsules for getting relief. Also, I have spondylitic pain which radiates from my nape to neck, then to head and then to entire face. I have to take pain killers like ibuprofen or nimulid to reduce my pain. Two years back the pain radiated to my right hand and I was even not able to lift my hand. Taken so many pain killers and ayurvedic oil massage, physiotherapy when then helped me to recover from the problem. Hair is also falling a lot while bathing. My hairs are hard and not straight. I want them soft and sily and absolute straight. Also, I get urine hesitancy problem especially during the change of climate. I drink atleast 8 to 10 glasses of water in summer and 3 glasses of water in winter.

There is frequently itching in my ears (both) + eyes. Also my mounth is itching (from deep inside).

I occasionally gets diziness / vertigo. I consulted an ENT specialist who informed that my ear muscles are weak and also I am facing B12 deficiency.

I am also a very anxious person. In order to get rid of my problems, I browse through the internet and looks for medicines (homeopathy + ayurvedic) and tries it, but not able to get complete solution. Sometimes, when I get erections during foreplay, it subsides during the course of intercourse which further tenses me.

I gets tired very easily. I am also a very lazy person. I sometimes even talk lies with my parents, wife sometimes with some reason and sometimes without any reason.

Sir I have heard from my friends and through internet that if I can get a good homeopathic practioner, they would suggest me a single remedy for my problems. One homeopathic doctor gave me lycopodium 200 which I have taken on daily basis two times a day for 3 months, but no relief. Another doctor gave me a mixture of various homeopathic medicines, which when taken gives temporary relief, and if I stop the medicine, erection problem again starts.

Sir, would appreciate if you can suggest me a single remedy for curing my problem.
