3 year boy not speak
my 3 year boy not speaks word properly and utter ch cha da da like sound . he smile within 1 months ,sit near 6 months walks in 14 months and is not very social . he initialy get irritating at new places or with new person as i have neuclear family.he plays with toys like ball, football , tricycle but not other toys which his peer child. he is shy in nature and low cofidence . he can walk but not run very fastly as he run with stiff body. he like musical toys speialy listen songs on mobile. he some time make his arms like fly gersture when he is happy.please suggest me medicine and further course of work

Has he been examined by a doctor?
When did you discovered that something was wrong, how old was he?
And, everything was normal before this discovery?
Are there other things you've noticed, for example, fear of the dark, water, loud noises Etc ...?
Does he use any medicine?
Anything else you want to mention?

thanks for early reply. we observe these symptom after 1 year . during teething period child utter sounds and unclear word. we give calc. phos. 30 and magn. phose for teething period.
a child specialist examine him but nothing could found as all test like bera test blood test etc are ok. he asked some critical question like do child show toy to you , immitate to talk on mobile , point finger to things ..at that time child do not do these things as we also don't taech him (when he was 2.5 year) but he later do all these things . initialy he iritate late after 1 year . once he weep for 16 hours and doctor gives him medicine with mild anthesia like flargun so that child get sleep.
child specialist is from chandigarh PGI and recommand Mantet syrup and ruby red to increase haemoglobin . after 2.5 years he gets calm and do not irritate much .
child do afraid from darkness but feel uncortable with loud noise.
he can also tell other what he wants . we admitted him in playway where he feel comfortable ? he have good observation too , which inrease after birth of his sister (6 months) like what we are we feeding her and also he feel litle jealosy .
he is slow in learing and like to see coloured picture in english alphabet book. the question which bother me why he is not speaking and slow with his peer group children. please suggest remedy . with lot of thanks and regard

1. Can he be angry?
2. Waking at night because of nightmares?
3. Afraid of water?
4. Hiding for strangers, such as behind his mother?
5. tendency to swollen tonsils?
6. Do not like fruit?
7. Night sweats? In the case where?
8. Cold hands and feet?
9 What does he like to eat, and what he does not like?
10. Tendency to have twitching?
11. Uncertainty in walking, stumbling gait, stumbles over everything in the way?

Does that mean that there is much arguing, in your family? Maybe even screaming? In case this is correct, this also occurred during pregnancy and after birth, up until now?

when my son become 1.4 years he sobs/weap for long time and his sleep was also very less i.e 4 to 5 hours.when he become 2 years this this reduce and he stop weep/sob and his sleep to become normal . after that we also see improvement in him like following instruction and doing things like other child.

the changes are now he does not irritate, try to play with toys. actualy this medicine was given by us few months ago by friend of my wife who is also hemopathy doctor but 1000 power.(even i came to about this fact when i name this medicine to my wife) after that these changes occur . also his sleep become normal infact deep. he hunger also inrease. he become 80% social.
but still he does not give attention to the things/ instruction which are not in favour of him. he do not care of other even when he is playing.
he also star uttering sound freequently after this medicine with only one dose.
