8m pregnant, pus in gums, its real bad

Hi,

I am currently pregnant started with my 8th month and having serious issues with my dental health..

A decaying tooth, pus in gums (which i can smell from time to time and it increases to a point where it starts hurting my ear n portion of my neck)

I had the the same abscess gum problem at my 4th month, went to the homeopathy doc who gave me the medicine (solution on the sugar balls), n it worked wonder, so he gave me more, somehow the tincture has evaporated and its not working. I got it from my home country, can't get back to the doc, he is 2000+ miles away.

I don't wanna take any antibiotics, and even after pregnancy i plan to nurse my baby so no antibiotics further.
