Hi-
go buy some sterile, saline nose spray. Never get a medicated one bc
they are addictive.

See the site of Ocean Premium Sterile Saline spray. It also has a gel to put
into the nose. The salt water keeps clearing allergens of whatever it is-
pollen, dust, etc and this allows the nose tissue to stop being
irritated. When Irritation stop then there is no mucous, etc and things
begin to heal.

Homeopathy should be able to boost you to the place where there is
no allergies, bc this is the immune system off balance. However this
can take some time- and meanwhile the salt water stops the cycle,
and allows your body to have more energy to use , instead of fighting
this stuff off.
