Upper Joint Pains & Abdominal Pains

My shoulder pains started about a month ago, but I was most in pain when my breathing became affected. Anytime I got up or lay down or took a breath, I felt a sharp pain in my chest. I also had shoulder pains at this point. A nurse advised me to go the emergency room. The emerge-doctor took an x-ray and a blood test, gave me advil and told me to follow up with my family doctor. They were testing to see if I had heart problems or a blood clot. I followed up with my family doctor and she prescribed Vimovo, an anti-inflammatory drug. I took it for a little more than a week and the pain in my chest went away. I stopped taking it about 4 days ago because I started feeling abdominal pain. I was also feeling feverish at night and took advil. I went to see my doctor again and she prescribed amoxicillin, but I don't understand what it's for. I still have joint pains in my shoulders and sometimes my neck. I have come-and-go abdominal pains. I felt as if I was constipated but I passed stool today, but there was not much and it was more liquid, as if I had diarrhea.
I do not have any history of major diseases suffered or surgeries in my past.
Thank you for your help

Thank you so much for this great help. Actually, I was just going to buy this medicine but first I went to the Doctor. She got my blood report. She said not to take the antibiotic she prescribed because it is not a bacterial infection. She said that my body is fighting with some kind of Virus but they don't know what it is. She just said, get rest ad come back to her next week if I am still in Pain.
I am 25 years old female, married. Living in Canada. I used homeopathic when I was five years old. My father said, Doctor had prescribed me Belladona and that worked so good that I was cured in few hours.
Should I still buy the same medicine you recommended?

Best Regards

Please go ahead with Ignatia.

I took ignatia as you prescribed. First two days stomach pain and pain in left shoulder reduced but last night my pain got really bad. No stomach pain. I work up around 3 AM, and couldn't breathe or walk. I felt as if all my upper body bones were being crushed, especially my upper back. I feel severe pain in my ribs.

I went to the Doctor this morning. She said that my results showed there is inflammation happening, but she could not diagnose until another 2 tests she had ordered arrived. She also said that they rarely figure out what kind of virus it is because there are so many. But she said she will refer me to an arthritis specialist but that won’t be until the new year. Until then, she prescribed another naproxen with another kind of stomach medicine (to protect it). I’m going to take this soon, because I’m at work and in a lot of pain. I hope it doesn’t affect my stomach too much because the last one had a stomach protector coating on it and I still felt the effect on my abdomen.
She said to give it another week and see how I feel. And to rest.

Here are answers to all questions. Your help is much appreciated.

I am female, 26 years old and skinny.
1. Describe your main suffering?

It started about a month ago with shoulder pains. The pain migrated to my chest so that I was feeling stabbing pains in my chest when I was trying to breathe. I was given an anti-inflammatory drug Vimovo that helped my chest pain but my shoulder pains persisted. The drug caused me to have abdominal pains so I stopped taking it. With rest and a better diet, my shoulder pains and abdominal pains got better. However, just this Tuesday night, my ribs were hurting, so I took half a muscle relaxant but woke up around 3 AM with severe upper back pain. I took advil and went back to sleep. I followed up with the doctor yesterday morning who said that my blood work shows that my body is fighting a virus, though they cannot identify what it is. It also shows that I have slight inflammation. She prescribed another anti-inflammatory drug with a stomach protection drug and Tylenol with codine to manage the pain.

I used Phosphorus as you suggested. Eye pain was gone for first three days. Shoulder feels better but ribs feel the same. It gets worse during the day when I am sitting at my computer. The doctor said that my results showed there is inflammation happening.
