Severe long term common cold problem
i am 22 years old and have cold problem since 10 years back.in early years, i thought that it was normal due to cold weather but sir/madam now, it obstructs me in every work i do, -depletes my self confidence. -i have problem in sleeping as my nose gets blocked everyday and night.-my nose has always mucus flowing out (running nose) irrespective of the climate.
please tell me the remedy for this.
-dust makes it even worse and the problem is severe in morning and night time.
-it triggers an insecure environment even during social gatherings and i try avoiding others and keeping myself isolated.
i reported it to many doctors but medicines such as amoxicilin were given which wouldnot work on me.
i havent had a homeopathic treatment yet.
-other symptoms include watery eyes,cold feet.i sleep with my head covered by the blanket.

Treatment of Catarrh and Colds
The therapy that has helped many patients who were victims of Catarrh for a long time with sneezing and coryza is:
Eupatoriium Perfoliatum 200c in the Wet dose taken thrice daily for 3 days and changed to just TWICE WEEKLY thereafter.
Patients have reported that their sneezing has abated overnight with this therapy which is not prescribed for this ailment in the classical Homeopathic textbooks.
Those who have been catching colds have reported that their resistance to colds has improved in a manner that they considered as unbelievable.
It is essential that at the first signs of a cold, the patient takes this remedy in the Wet dose every 3 hours to ensure that the virus is aborted.
The Wet dose of any Homeopathic remedy is made as follows:
Order the remedy in the Liquid pack in Alcohol, also referred to as Liquid Dilution in a bottle preferably with a dropper arrangement.
Get a 500ml bottle of Spring Water from the nearest supermarket.
Pour out about 3cm of water from the bottle to leave some airspace.
Insert 3 drops of the remedy into the bottle and shake the bottle hard at least 6 times before you sip a capfull of the bottle or a large teaspoonful which is the dose.
Shaking the bottle hard is homeopathic succussion and this enhances the effect of the remedy on the user.
