The ABC Homeopathy Forum

To homeopaths aware of agoraphobic symptoms

25 years old.
Male.
1,80cm
72kg

I tried homeopathy, psychotherapy, anti-depressants.
I'm agoraphobic ONLY in certain situations.
I can walk outside normally, or go shopping, gym, live music concerts, but when it comes to meet a girl I get agoraphobic symptoms.

I have already analysed my health problem, and I'm open in every question but I need a questionnaire.

That is my last try on homeopathy.

I'm waiting for a reply, thank you.

Hi- In homeopathy, symptoms are turned into rubrics-
rubrics then show remedies that work for that rubric, with
some more indicated than others. You can use this a lot
with acute things very well, matching the symptoms of the acute
into rubrics and having enough of a match that will then
erase the problem. For a chronic problem, it is more complex
prescribing and might take a few remedies, each peeling off
a layer. Kadwa put in a rubric that seems to match your description,
and those are the remedies indicated, with Stramonium being the
most indicated.

In your case, you are calling this agoraphobia- it does not
sound like agoraphobia to me, it sounds like intense fear of
rejection that stimulates an anxiety attack or panic attack.
Homeopathy cured me of anxiety /panic a long time ago so I am
familiar with this. The sub conscious mind is not logical- it can
get a program in there that says- talking to girls equals _____
fill in the blank. So what happens is this is wired into the
flight or fight brain mechanics, which in one second will shut
down blood flow to the front brain where you cannot over-ride
thru logic and are taken over by the fight/flight mechanics which
flood adrenaline thru the body , causing the physical reactions
bc there is nowhere to use the adrenaline.

You should be putting down on here, when this began, what
was going on when it started. The key to most panic attacks,
if no physical issue is there, is in the first panic attack. After
that, the mind starts being afraid of the panic itself and gets
triggered by what if??? I have another one. You go into a similar
situation and the what if??? thought then triggers off more panic
and everything gets more confusing.

Think about what went on the first time talking to girls,
rejection, shame, made fun of- or what went on? bc that
is the clue that is needed for the right remedy here.

simone717, I was waiting for an answer, especially from you, I have sent you an e-mail before 4-5 days asking you to give me some advice because I somewhere read that you were agoraphobic. I know that I'm not, that's why i wrote 'agoraphobic symptoms' and not 'agoraphobia'.

Your analyse is 90% correct. When it comes to meet a girl my conscioussness start a 'phobic feedback'. I remember clearly the first time it happened. I can describe it but is there any possibility that we can have a private conversation first?

Thanks.

Brain,

did not get an email from you. Resend it, I would be
happy to talk to you. I think agoraphobic is not the
right definition of what you have or what I had.
