Lack of concetration
HiI have lack of concentration, things of little impotance seem important, sometimes headech with when i feel lack of concentration and also i feel that some weight is on my head, and whenever i notice things of little impotance i feel that my heart is sinking with feeling of that thing is important. so can anyone help me about this.
