Feel I must lay down!!!!

This is very annoying. It may be low blood sugar. Every few days, an uncontrollable urge to lay down comes over me, almost like I will faint if i do not immediately find a place to nap. I fall asleep for about an hour. When I get up I feel Ok, not great, just out of it and a little hungry.

Any idea what I can take?

I am Natrum Muriaticum type, with supher type and pulsatilla type characteristics too.
