3 1/2 toddler boy diagnosed with PDD

My son is almost 4 years old and he was diagnosed as PDD a couple months ago. At the moment, he is doing speech therapy and he is attending pre-school and he has shown improvements. But, he has some bahavioral issues that we need help with. He is passing blood in his stool and it had stopped when one of the doctors that we took him too prescribed certain medications it did help, his behavior changed for the better, he was more outgoing etc. But then ne got the flu and we gave him a cough and cold medicine and the blood in the stool started again and the temper tantrums, tummy aches, vomitting, anxiety started again. Potty training is a big NONO - he refuses to 'go' on the potty - he will sit for however long - but as soon as he moves off - he goes in his pampers. He is also afraid of birthday parties, birthday candles, new places, he still drinks milk out of a bottle - very picky eater. He dislikes brushing his teeth, cutting his hair. He is coversing with us much better - he tells me when he is scared now - or if his tummy hurts. He also does not like sitting still to colour or draw. His teacher complains that he does not hold his crayons to colour - she has to hold his hands to colour. My husband and i are very worried and we would like some help please.
