Need Help - Overdose?

Good Morning! I'm new here and I feel like I need a bit of help. I have multiple food intolerances (if I eat a food too often, I become intolerant)
When that happens, I'll suffer a flare up of symptoms and I won't be able to eat the food again for quite a while (3 or 4 months minimum). I feel like there's so little I can eat (meat agrees and some vegetables, some fruits) but everything else has the potential to become an aggravation for me.
Symptoms that arise when this happens:
Eczema in my ears - the inside will become damp and sometimes smell like vinegar, it will itch and eventually the skin will come off when I press in with my finger. It is sometimes faint with blood. The itching carries on into my throat and down the side of my neck on the inside. This will happen in one ear and then spread to both and then back. There's no primary ear though.

Headache - I'll get a headache in the side of my face and into my jaw. It pulses and won't let up until I sleep. It makes my eyes feel heavy and tired. Sometimes it makes the backs of them ache.

Stomach and Abdomen -My stomach will bloat under my ribs to the top of my hips. It isn't painful, just uncomfortable and makes me short of breath. My stools will go from loose and sticky to constipated and ball like to completely constipated with no urge but a full sensation.

Brain Fog - I'll get confused and tired and unable to concentrate.

My homeopath and I tried Pulsatilla 200c, which aggravated me. She then switched me to a course of 3 Medicines, which I'm to work my way through.

Phosphorus 200c/1 dose/4 globules to be chewed. Wait 8 days and continue to...

Calc Sulph 6x/3 tablets/2 times a day/8 consecutive days followed by every second day for a month, as well as...

Nux-V 200c/4 globules/1 time per day at night/8 consecutive days and every second day for a month.

I've done the Phosphorous and I've taken 3 dosages of the calc sulph and 1 dose of the Nux.

The Calc Sulph seemed to have no action, neither did the Phosphorous. However the Nux kept me up half the night fretting about the work I have today and being really restless. I woke up this morning annoyed and rushed and at the same time a little shocked at myself for feeling this way since I really don't have a reason to feel any of those things.

I tried to address my concerns, but she's insistent that I stay on course with the treatment (which I felt from the beginning was a lot of doses of things).

I just feel like for all the medications she's prescribed I'm not seeing many reactions positive or negative and I really don't want to overdose with something that isn't right for me.

I could really use some help! Thanks! =)

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Every homeopath is going to have their own plan
for you. You are not being overdosed here but seems
like remedies are not right ( that you are proving the nux)

So you have choice to stick it out with her for a bit longer,
or you can if you want switch over and put your case on
here instead- bc you cannot have two homeopaths at one
time and everyone is going to be a bit different in
their approach.

33/F/Widowed 5’9 140lbs Canada Seasonal-Climate
Non Diabetic, Crave Sweets (especially at night) , like salt, dislike sour. Drink about 1 gallon of water a day, very thirsty alternating with not thirsty at all (no pattern I can tell). Normal blood pressure (don’t know the figure)
I come from a single parent home, no siblings. History of heart disease, various c*ncers and diabetes.
I’m self-employed with a few college courses. I finished highschool. My job entails helping people get started in new directions in their lives. I love it!
Complaints:
The Vast Majority of Foods Irritate Me (2 years): I have to eat food on a rotational basis, if I consume too much of one food (say eat it regularly for a couple of weeks) I develop an intolerance. Then when I eat it, it will cause bloating, sometimes constipation, sometimes heartburn, fluid retention, eczema or headaches. It’s gotten to a point where I have to monitor every bite I put in my mouth and when a reaction does happen it will last for weeks and a whole host of foods will be absolutely out of the question.
Headaches (20 years): The headaches are in both of my temples and along the side of my face. They start on the right side usually. They’ll move into my forehead and sometimes make my neck stiff and other times make my jaw hurt and my eyes ache. I get light sensitive with the eye aching. Sounds don’t bother me, but bending over or standing up will make the pain shoot through my head. I take feverfew when this happens and it helps. A nap will also make it go away and makes me feel better since my eyes get very tired.
Heartburn (always had them to some degree, now only when I eat the wrong thing): It will cause an aching in my stomach that won’t let me stand up for long periods of time, I just want to be slumped over. It makes me nauseated and will burn up into my chest, but it won’t come up into my throat or mouth. Nothing seems to relieve this.
Bloating (3 years): When I bloat everything else on me gets skinny. My stomach will protrude several inches from the bottom of my ribcage to my hip bones, but my ankles and wrists will get much tinier. Also when I bloat, I can’t seem to stop eating, it’s like my body is needing an endless supply of food. The bloating is hard and muscly and will wrap around to the back of me making two little pockets of fat on my back near my hips.
Eczema (5 years): When this starts it takes months to clear. The skin on the inside of my ears will get moist (smelling like vinegar and being watery) and itchy, then it will peel off. When this happens it sometimes gets to itchy it will bleed and that increases the fluid in my ears. When that happens sometimes it will turn into an infection that makes my outer ear hot and red and the inner ear burning, itching and sopping wet.
Bowels(never been normal): I tend to get sticky diarrhea followed by hard balls. Some days pass with no urge at all while others will be spent with multiple urges. There are healthy stools in between.
General Things of Note: I have a tendency to get sick when I get really warm. I’ll get dizzy and almost pass out from a hot bath. I tend to have a lot of different blotches and makes on my skin. When I get cold, I can’t get warm and a hot bath will help that, but then it makes me sick. My problems usually affect both sides or either side, one isn’t really dominant. I have cysts on my feet and arms. My hands swell during exercise and so do my feet. I tend to clench my jaw in my sleep when I’m stressed, which isn’t too often.

Mind & Behavior: I can get pretty hurried during crazy times at work, but I’m generally relaxed. I’m pretty bubbly and I love meeting new people although sometimes I end up feeling a little inferior to them. I had to work hard to be social though and when I’m sick I tend to revert back to where I’m most comfortable which is by myself, inside, reading or surfing the internet or catching up on paperwork. So being social doesn’t really come naturally. I’m pretty creative (I paint in my spare time) and like I said, I lean to being an introvert, however I know that isn’t good for you. I have a hard time asking others for help and I have a hard time accepting compliments however, I love to take care of people and feel needed. I give lots of love freely, but I find it hard to give it long term or romantically.
At the moment I feel like I can’t win. I’m starting to feel like my body is entirely out of whack and it might be hopeless to wish for anything else, but I keep searching because I know there’s something that’s going to help (I’m ridiculously optimistic in all areas of my life). I would just like to sit down for a meal with friends and not have to worry about what I’m about to eat and if it’s going to cause days of not feeling well. I feel like I’m being dragged down by it.
Menstrual History: I get spotting occasionally but just a hint. I have Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. I’ve been checked over and the doc says there’s no structural problem, so he said I’m probably just not ovulating regularly. It’s been about a year now since my last period, I suppose.

I’ve taken Pulsatilla 200c, Nux-V 200c (aggravation from both) Sulphur 30c (once about 3 weeks ago as per homeopaths suggestion for a headache, it worked wonders!) Phosphorous 200c (no reaction) and Calc Sulph 6x (no reaction)
I take a probiotic daily, cayenne pepper for headaches or feverfew (only occasionally), Goldenseal for my eczema if it gets too out of control (which works like a charm for a few days)

Thank you SO very much!

Do I need to provide more information?

Hi- sometimes when a post is answered then
homeopaths on here think it is handled bc
they look for the empty white box. Since
you were asking a question about od and not
treatment- you might not have this particular
post answered.

Post this again with a new headline- need
treatment for _____ and put what you have
taken and your history on the new post.
