Nosode

Nosode is given in three cases
1. When nosode is simillimum
2. when there is more remedies with same number of characterisic sympotms and you don't know which remedy to give,so you give nosode to clear the picture.
3. when you are certain of simillimum but it doesn't give result and you understand it is due to 'miasmatic wall' and you give nosode and then later a simillimum you gave the first time.

Question is if it is third case,clensing of miasm,in which way you give it?
Do you give in one way like 200c split dose and wait, or in descending way 10M-1M-200-30C in one day,regardless of energy of clients and regardless to how many alopathic remedies a client takes,or you cleanse miasm considering those things and give all kind of potencies from 6C,12C up to 10M? And do you give only one day or you in some cases give it for 2 or more weeks every day? And do you use LM potencies of nosodes in cleansing miasm? And since you gave nosode not because repertorisation but because simillimum didn't help enough,how do you know when to stop giving nosode and to give simllimum again? I hope I explained well what is my question. Thank you very much.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
In my opinion only single dose of the nosode in 200C should be given. There is no need to give the nosode in split dosing of lm potency in this case.
