Infant Cold Pulsatilla 30c or 200?

Haven't rec'd response on previous post, so hoping to get more info. Picked up Pul 30c for infant w/ food intol then he got a cold and I realized it can be used for that too. Got home and saw I was supposed to get 200 and not 30c. Will 30 work? I was supposed to give 200 every 12 hours for a max of 3 doses.

Puls 30 may be given in the morning and evening for 3 days. Dose size same as that for Puls 200.
