piles

i am suffering from 4 /5 yrs with piles
at the time of stoool. a skin bunch come out from rectum. after stool i have to push it again by hand. but some burning pain is in rectum after stool.
pl suggest medicine

1. Aloe-200 6 pills twice a day (every day)
2. Calc Fluorica-1m 6 pills at bed time every day

Pl take the treatment for 15 days and then give feedback
